Question about IOS36, 249 and Shopping Channel

I want to install IOS249 on my Wii and I already know how to do that (Trucha Bug Restorer + Cios38 Rev14).
What I need to know is how do I restore the oficial IOS36 after that.

Is it correct to download the wad file "IOS36-64-v3351" with NUSD 1.3 and then install it with WAD Manager 1.5 under IOS249? (My Wii firmware is 4.2)

Another question I have is the following.
If I install a WiiWare or VC game using a WAD file, will I have some kind of problem when I access the Shopping Channel?
In there (the Shopping Channel) there's an option that lists your bought games (4 in my case: 3 WiiWare and 1 VC). What happens if I try to access this option when my Wii has games that have been installed via a WAD file?

The last question I have is, if after modding my Wii to install WAD files, I want to buy a WiiWare or VC game, can I do it just fine or will I get some kind of error?

There is no real reason to restore IOS36. But I am almost positive there is a restore IOS36 option in Trucha Bug Restorer (I could be wrong).

As for installing VC/WiiWare wads and buying them via shop channel. It should not effect it in anyway.
