I have been using the cfg usb loader w/ my wii for over a week. I update it to v51 and when it restarted it does a 30 sec count down and gives mem the (ret -6) error saying that the drive should be plugged in ot slot 0. It was working 5 min before and i did not move it and it is plugged into the 0 slot.

what gives?

Did you use the guide on this site to install it?

If so did you download the FAT32 version of the update?

yes i did use the guide.

Everything was working fine for about a week, i was playing about 50 backups on my ext hdd. I went to global options, updated some covers and i also picked the look for updates option.

it gave several options so i picked the one on top which was v51 and installed it.

when i rebooted the usb loader it is consantly giving me the ret -6 error... I dont know what to do... the hdd is fine and it was working 1 hour ago before the update.

Go to my guide again and download the loader pack.

Extract it then extract the extract to USB Device to your PC (do not extract it to your USB Device).

After the files are extracted on your PC go to the apps folder then the USB Loader folder and drag the boot.dol file to the apps folder USB Loader folder on your USB Device. If it ask to overwrite select yes.

If you want to update make sure you choose the FAT32 version of the update.
