Running UK Wii Fit game & Board on Japanese modded Wii?

Please some one help. I had bought a Japanese Wii in UK from my friend in 2007. I know it is modded as he mentioned that and it can run UK games which he gave to me. I dont know what chip is installed inside though :(
This is my first post and from past 1 hr I am trying to get my head around how to get UK Wii Fit game and board work which I got as a gift recently on this Jap Wii. I am sure the firmware is old so dont know how to go ahead as there is so much information I am all confused!

Please please dont discard this post, can anyone give me step by step info about how to go ahead? Thanks a zillion!
