SD Card freezing my Wii

I just bought a 4 GB SD Card for the Wii, and every time i move my Wiiware games onto it and then try to go to the SD card menu to play them it locks up my Wii...any suggestions? I made sure the card was formatted and everything before i started adding games to it.

Did you happen to use Bannerbomb with it?

If so go to the directory of private>wii>title> and if a folder named aktn is listed delete it.
