I have a semi brick JAP wii (menu settings locked)

Anyone any ideas how to unlock this and convert it to PAL v4.0 menu

At the moment there is no homebrew or nothing its factory default jap with system menu 3.1-3.2 i think?( as i carnt get into the settings)

I have used bannerbomb on many WII consoles but carnt use this on this console because i am unable to access the setting on this JAP console.

Anyone any ideas how to unlock this and convert it to PAL v4.0.

I have seen tools to unlock it but as soon as i connect it to the net to update it to 4.0 i am guessing it will update to jap v4.0

since your still on 3.2j , you can still used the twilight hack and install the homebrew channel, then used region changer to change it to PAL.
