Hi

So i've semi-bricked my wii. What are the possible solutions?
I went onto this one website and downloaded a brick blocker (1.3R2). (http://wbb.rockman18.com/?page=download&ln=en)
What do i do after this? Btw my Wii is in japanese if thats any help. Any advice would be appreciated.
