If you are getting the ERROR [FRAG] problem that suggests that you use IOS250 or higher, this should work.

Change to 222v
Change the IOS to 222-mload
Make sure to select the Reload IOS to NO.
This should work for Wii's on 4.2U with Config USB Loader.

Here is what I found with other loaders:
According to several posts here, it runs fine with:
Neogamma r8 b7 cios rev14)
USB Loader GX (002 fix: on, cIOS rev17+)
WiiFlow (cIOSrev19)
CFG Loader (cIOSrev19)
Loadstructor (cIOS rev17+)
burnt disc on 4.2e with a d2ckey (?)
it doesn't run with:
PAL wiikey 1 (tested on 4.0E cIOS rev17)
(might be) required:
002 fix
Force PAL50/60 (PAL systems)
Language set to "English"

Hey ehamm13, I try the settings you provided but my game crashes to the disk error... any ideas? I can run most of my games including NSMB, I'm having issues trying to run prince of Persia and SMG2... By the way; Prince of Persia gets to the loading screen, then after the disclaimer by ubisoft I just got a black screen.

This is what I modified in the settings:
Video <FORCE NTSC>
Country Fix <ON>
Anti 002 Fix <ON>
IOS: <222-nLoad>
Block IOS Reload <ON>

The only problem with this is that when you shut down your console, it actually won't shut down, but will go to a black screen. Unfortunately I have to unplug it when I am done, but only with SMG2 for some reason.
