Ok so im trying to do a wii with 4.2u firmware. Everything was going good till i reached the Hermes' IOS 222/223 i got the initializing error internet connection was not set up in wii.So i followed the guide and loaded any title deleter and looked for ios 222 223 249 250.249 and 250 was still there so i deleted them and loaded back hermes ios but now 249 does not show up to select. For some strange reason i went ahead and used ios 36 instead of 249 how can i fix me f up. thx to any 1 who helps me

Well, IOS249 does not show up because you deleted it. Can you answer these questions?

1. Are you bricked (Can you access the system menu)?
2. Did you delete the stub IOS before this happened?
3. Did you install cIOS 249 before this happened?

If IOS 222 & 223 are okay, then you can leave the hermes install for a while & just install the cIOS249 using the cIOS installer. You must have answered no to all of the questions in order to do this!

Or another way would be to install the 4.2 update again, this theoretically should restore the deleted stub IOS.
I do suggest you have priiloader installed before messing with any IOS, though.

Just to add to that, it wouldn't hurt to run a system check on your wii to make sure nothing else is messed up with your wii.

Run this app from the hombrew channel, & it will automatically post a text report on your sd card. Post that report on the forum.

thanks for the reply
1 i can go into menus and boot games
2 i went in to system settings and deleted the isos
3 dont think i install cios 249 before hand dont see that in the guide

with the nand.bin file can i restore to how it was and start process over
