Hello all

I've read pretty much all the threads on how to get the new super mario bros game working on a softmodded wii but haven't been able to find the definative answer i'm searching for.
The last upgrade i did was to get the Sports Resort game working and haven't had any trouble until now.
I use the Homebrew channel and Neogamma ver v7 and my wii is version 3.3e.
If its possible could you please include any links i might need.

I'm quite prepared to take on board any abuse e.g. idiot, asshole, etc. etc. provided somebody can help me out :-)

I couldn't get any ntsc to work, nor pal dvd backup, but neogamma r7 usb loader runs pal version when forcing ntsc480p (component cables). I used larry's 4.1 update guide first (from 3.2) so I don't know if it'll work for you but I think it should.

the best Way to do it if you dont have a usb drive is to format a sd card with WBFS Manager 3.0<--(google it)put the game on it a play it through neo dont have to force ntsc480p i use to do that to but just force wii

FIRST PIC IS HOW TO SET UP SD CARD THEN OTHER PICS ARE HOW TO SET UP NEO (IF YOU GOT THE PAL VERSION AND HAVE A NTSC SYSTEM.
if you got the ntsc version of the game just skip the second pic.

Many thanks for the replies, i forgot to mention i'm using dvd discs to run the games and i'm in the uk so it is a PAL wii system running PAL games.

i tried all the patches burned 8 discs before i found this link i used larrys guide to redo my wii and patched the disc and it worked fine i even got it to boot from neogamma 6 so this patch will work its only ntsc http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=189802&st=2625

Is there an answer for a PAL version of the game, does the game 'have' to be patched or can you just update the firmware on the wii?
