I load wad manager 1.4 to install ios 56-64 and when i install i get an error that says "installing ticket... ERROR! (ret = -2011) I dont know what to do.

Your problem may be one of the following:
a) You do not have enough hard-drive space for a WAD
b) The WAD you downloaded is corrupted
c) Your SD Card Files/Directories are named incorrectly. The should be named like so:
-ROOT
-APPS
-WAD
