UK pal version Res evil wii edition on neogamma R7

I can play backups execpt Resident evil 4 wii edition error message "An error has occured.Press the eject button, remove the game disc, and turn power OFF. Please read the wii operations manual for more information." using DVD-R same as the ones on my working backup disks, cIOS249 Neogamma R7, what am i doing wrong got backup of original PAL disk. I must be missing something coflicting google info.

forgot to mention, if i load original through neogamma to the point it asks you to press start to play swap discs to backup it plays ok is there a way to get past the bit that starts the game (coding i guess) so the game works properly.
