Unable to play games on firmware 4.1u

I recently upgraded my firmware from 3.2u to 4.1u. However, I'm still unable to play One Piece Unlimited Cruise - Episode II (PAL) on my Wii as the game ask me to perform a system update?

Isn't 4.1u the latest firmware?

How do I get the game to work without performing the system update?

Updating the system from the Wii settings will only update the System Menu which is currently IOS60. It will not update all other IOS that your system is missing. If you happen to put in a game that needs to run from a certain IOS and it is not installed or needs updated then it will ask for an update.

As well it could be asking to update because it wants to install the PAL News and Weather channel since you have a USA system.

To help you better a few more questions need to be asked.

Is this a retail game or a backup?

Is your system softmoded, hardmoded or not modded at all?
