Unique gamecube game on Wii problem

so i have this gamecube game and when i put it in the wii to play it the video turns off because the tv gets no signal but i hear all the normal sound of the game.

so i went online and turns out NTSC gamecube games will switch to component/svideo while pal gamecube games will switch to composite. this also is true for the wii.

the problem is my wii is pretty old (one of the first model) and the component doesnt work on it. is there a way to make the ntsc gamecube game come out on composite?
