usb loader gx exception isi error

I followed the NEW AND IMPROVED softmod guide down to the tee and i installed the USB loader GX wad. But when i try to launch it, it gives me this error "Exception (ISI) has occured" and something like that and then it says Stack Dump with a bunch of gibberish code..anyone have any helpful suggestions?
