USB Loader GX stopped booting games

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone could advise on the following issue.

Up until now I have had no issues when using USB loader gx, happily playing Mario Kart today infact. Once finished today I decided to install Disaster Day of Crisis to the HDD and then turned the machine off. I have just turned it back on this evening and now most of the games on the HDD are not booting (Mario Kart being one of them), a couple are. Some games will actually get to the start screen of the games but some crash and give a black screen when clickig on the disc logo on USB loader. I haven'y adjusted any settings prior to playing this afternoon.

Would anyone now what could have happened??

As I can't get anything to work I have completely formatted the wii and updated to 4.2.then used larrylje 4.2 guide. After that nothing still boots with usbloader or neogamma, although originals work. What could have happened
