usb loaders not recognising usb flash drive

os:
wii menu 4.2
ios 249 rev 17

usb loaders:
neogamma r8 beta 15
waninkoko's usb loader
usbloader gx 1.0

usb: (16gb ocz diesel thumb drive *not partitioned whole thing is formated in way below)
formated to fat 32
formated to wbfs using wbfs manager 3.0
new mario bros installed on usb

and i am currently using windows 7.

ok after i do all of what is above i plug in my usb (ocz diesel) and load up the waninkoko's loader, i get a 002 error, so i say no prob and i go to the neogamma and load using the mount usb feature, from there i am able to play the game no problem/error. so i restart and i remove the waninkoko's loader and the usb loader gx using the wii's channel delete, then i go to sleep, when i wake up i use wbfs manager to put more games on my usb, when i try that on neogamma it doesnt recognize the partition. so i completely reformat(fat32-wbfs) my usb and reinstall the channel i deleted but it still doesnt recognize the partition. can anyone help me with this?
also i dont think this is a compatability issue since i already loaded from this usb once and many have had success with this drive before
