I have an serious problem on a clients wii. He has system menu 4.2E on an European wii. When trying to install an Ios I get error ret=1035. I have the same problem with the truca downgrader option at step 2. I'm installing this ios using ios 35 and 36... No success. Also wad manager won't work..............

Try using a current version of Truch Bug Restorer .

you have no trucha bug IOS. run dop-mii and have that install a trucha signed IOS36.
