View ISO Files on Vista

I have a usb external hard drive with some Backup ISO's on it. I want to view this on my Vista machine. When I plug it in windows explorer says nothing is there. Computer management can see the drive and the FAT32 partition.

Is there a way to view these files and copy them from the hard drive to my PC hard drive so I can make room for other files?

if you have a WBFS partition, use WBFS manager to see the isos.

if it's strictly FAT32, then it's not going to be a iso. it's a .wbfs file.
