WAD Installer 2.1 is malfunctioning

I ran an ELF to DOL converterter which permitted me to run my WAD Installer but now when I run it, it freezes. Any solutions?

Also I have Wad Installer 1.4 in DOL format. In order for me to use it, I have to convert it into an ELF format. So I downloaded doltool3, which changes all DOL forms. into ELFs. I downed the pack, unzipped it and now I have like 10 different files. Simply put how do I use doltool3?

Launch it from the Homebrew Channel.

If you don't have Homebrew Channel or don't know how to use it then do a search.

rename it to boot.dol and put it in its own folder within the apps folder.

Nice it worked. Next problem is now when I run the CMDVDX34 file it gives me system error -116. Any solutions?

Also does anyone knoe about the ios249 file?
