WASABI DX QUESTION

hi, i just installed a wasabi dx in my wii after trying to softmod and failed, so i went for the chip, my question is can i just remove the homebrew channel etc and just have the chip as it boots as original game disk?

A modchip wiil boot almost anything. You can delete the homebrew channel although In my opinion you're better off keeping it incase you brick, modchips offer no brick protection at all. You may want to have bootmii installed & priiloader in case of bricks.

ok i got the bootmii and preloader on, ive got a backup of the nand from softmodding, so guess im ok to delete the rest of crap apart from iso dumper .

Don't delete bootmii, though. Did you install it as boot2 or IOS?
