Wasabi Zero OK? Online OK?

I can get a wii pre-modded with a wasabi zero, i don't want to bother soft-modding, i can get this one sent to me in a flash.

All it says is it has a wasabi zero installed. I've been to the wasabi website and it seems like dx are better, although it didn't answer my questions, which are:

1. Can I just put in a back-up disc and that's it? Like a PS2 with a high quality chip such as a Messiah, DMS3 etc?

2. Can I still play online?

3. Does it matter if I have a zero or a dx?
