WBFS manager 3.0.1 help

hey guys first post here and i cant find the answer to this question on google or here.

i have the wbfs manager 3.0.1 x64 and when i format it and put the iso files over some shrink and some do not i had mario on here and it was at 4.1 gb and when a friend put it on my hdd it was .32gb i have a WD passport 150gb formated right and the games work but thats a lot of space for a game i know punch out shouldnt be 3.4 gb on the hdd

Are you asking why some games are smaller after they are put on the wbfs drive?

It's normal for them to do that, I think the wbfs manager pulls all of the useless crap out (space fillers, anti-piracy data, update data, ect.) and just installs the game, also I believe that there is some compression that takes place. You will find some games are really small, Wii sports I think is like .16G or so, and some are still around 4G, like Punchout. Not sure exactly why some of them stay so big, but at least not all of them are that size.
