wbfs manager won't start

i've got wbfs manager 3.0 installed. i've also tried 2.5 as well. i can get both of them installed, but when i click on the shortcut to start, the pc thinks a bit, but does not start the program. both 3.0 and 2.5 both did the same thing. same result on my wife's laptop as well.

both are running windows 7 ultimate with .net framework 3.5.1 installed.

any ideas from anyone...need to get this up and running to move iso's to my flash drive, unless there is another way to get it done without wbfs manager.

I dont know if WBFS manager is compatible with windows 7 as i am using XP pro, but if you burn the iso to DVD disk, you can then load it onto your flash drive if you have a USB loader . . . GX loader, Configurable loader, u loader, or Waninkokos USB launcher 1.0 spring to mind
