Hi all, so I got some guy to put in a wiikey a while back (most likely first gen) I have no idea what firm is on it. It does play galaxy though, that might help in figuring out. Anyway no homebrew or any soft mods installed and I've been content with that until, of course, the NSMB hit. Trying to get that rolling as of now, I have 3.4U and am trying to figure out where to go from here. Do I upgrade to a firmware of choice? What is the firmware of choice that everyone likes? What would be the order of things? Yes I have been reading a ton but to someone new to softmods it's a bit overwhelming even with the guides and I always fear the brick.

So I ask you, if you were in my shoes and your goal is for NSMB playability, what would you do?
