Where can I find a 4.2 softmod guide?

I am looking for the detailed 4.2 softmod guide that was posted here awhile back. I have the pdf by Amarokz but that is not really detailed step by step instructions. If anyone can help me find this it would be greatly appreciated.

Good guide except the part where it says connect to wifi and update to 4.2 . If some one does that now they will end up at 4.3 .
