Where does Wii save game data?

I've got USB Loader GX on the Wii. I want to change the HD I use to load the games on with a bigger HD. I'm wondering where the save game data is because I don't want to have to start from the beginning from games that I'm loading on the bigger HD.

Save data remain in the Wii's internal memory under Data Management.
