Which softmods make discs unplayable?

Hello, I recently purchased Metroid Prime Trilogy and found out that it would not play on my Wii due to some of the softmods that I had added to my system. I actually had to send my Wii to Nintendo so they could flash the firmware back to the original state. However, I softmodded my friends Wii and it played the game just fine. I know there were some mods that I put on mine that I did not put on his but I cannot figure out what they were. Do any of you know? If you do, please let me know so that when I go to softmod again, I don't get the same problem. Thanks!

Excuse me, but how would any of us know what you did to mod your Wii???????

More importantly, how would any of us know what you did to mess it up???????
