Wii Amazekey solderless modchip not reading games

I've followed the instructions on how to install the chip, but when ever i but a backup in it doesn't read. I get a weird sound, whats the problem and how can i fix?

get rid of the Amazekey and update to 4.3

then softmod with http://www.wiihacks.com/tutorial-archives/66600-4-3-softmod-guide.html

I would suggest you go into youtube and find a video guide to help you with this as it might be a little more helpful to understand. And I would not recommend to update to 4.3
updating to 4.2 is good enough 4.3 is still a little unstable (from what I have read and alot of people have not updated to it.
4.2 is still the save bet if you do a search on youtube on how to update your wii to 4.2 you will get alot of videos showing you and explaining it how to do it.
