Thanks for the upload. I did get it installed but get an error when I click on the game title, it does come up to click on start. When I do that I get the following error on a black screen:[+] ERROR: Could not Initialize USB Subsystem! (ret= -1) Press any key to restart
Any suggestions on this? I have received this same error on 2 different downloads of this game. Thanks, Paul

Can I just copy everything on it to my PC 1st then do the format? It has the wad manager program on it. Then just copy everything back on to it after the format? And I do have all my wad games in a wad folder on it. I have never had this problem with the other wad installations either. Thanks, Paul

You use the SD card to install the wad. But you need the Game on a USB Hard Drive.
You lost me LOL. What is it your trying to do?

I guess that I am confused.I put the sd card in the wii, go to the homebrew channel and choose wad manager on the sd card to install the wad game that is in the wad folder on the sd card. All I do is choose the the wad game that I want to install and it installs itself onto the wii itself. It then shows up with all my other games that I have installed like this. Am I missing something somewhere?

Ok I see, sounds good so far. So you have Animal Crossing City Folk wad installed.
Do you have the game on USB Hard Drive correct?
If so what I was thinking you should try connecting the hard drive to the other USB port.
Sorry, reading back I wasn't very clear.

I have no external hard drive attached to my wii. The wii is plugged in and hooked straight to my tv. The wad game is installed directly onto the wii itself. Thanks,Paul

The Animal Crossing WAD is not the game itself. It is a shortcut to load the game from a USB Device.
Using the Animal Crossing WAD shortcut omits having to load the USB Loader then load the game from the USB Loader menu.
In the end you need the game on a USB device for the shortcut to launch the game.

If you don't of a USB hard drive, how are you expecting to play the game. Wad files for full wii games like Animal Crossing act like a shortcut for people for have the game in a usb hard drive and are running the game from it. If you install a wad file from games WiiWare or Virtual Console, that works because the games are small. But you can't expect to install wad files of full sized wii games and expect it to work. That is why USB hard drive is so handy, it has enough space to hold all the wii games. Like Animal Crossing, games that are sold in discs.
I hope this clears a bit of the confusion.
Edit
Looks like larrylje beat me to it :)

Thanks to larrylje and Wiichess for clearing all this up for me. All of the other wad games on my Wii are from the old Nintendo systems. I am a newbie to all this and thanks for taking the extra time and patience to get me the answer that I needed. Thanks, Paul
