Hello, Im a total newbie to downloading bit torrent Wii files. I have found most are zip or rar and when extracted are ISO files. I understand that I can just burn the iso files directly to a DVD and voila I have the game. However, will this burned disk work immediately in the wii 2012? Ive downloaded only ntsc files for an ntsc wii unit. Is a wiimod chip necessary? What about backups of my original store bought games? Will the wii recognize those so I can play off those and not destroy the originals (well, the kids would destroy them.) THANKS for any info!!!!

1) New wii's cannot play burned discs ONLY originals

Look at a hard drive loader, cfg loader, gx loader, wiiflow.

You will need a compatibly hard drive (see the compatibility list) a 1 or 2gb sd card (for softmodding) Modmii (to easily softmod)
