wii copy game iron man 2 systems update query

When i load a copied version of iron man 2 it says i have to "systems update" i believe it updates to 4.2, i'm on 4.1E. My wii has the wasabi DX chip & homebrew channel it is a PAL unit & i only ever use PAL games, will loading this "systems update" cause any problems. Many thanks in advance.

Make sure your Iron Man 2 game is in your own region. Updating your console does kill your modchip's region free capability, but there is a guide copied from wiihacks here:

Thank you for the guide, but does anyone know of a site which gives the relevant ios's for all the new games which try to make you update to 4.2. eg ironman 2, super mario galaxy 2, crazy quiz etc.

To 12137, this site doesn't have the new games. Does anybody know the IOS's + version for iron man 2, crazy quiz & no more heroes 2 desperate struggle, i cannot find them on the internet. One other question, i have a number of downloaded games on my PC, is there any software that will tell me what IOS's these games use.
