I have Wii Flow and when I click on it to play a game it asks me to please plug a USB into Port 0 or click reset. I have tried updating my Wii Flow files to no avail. Not sure what the problem is. BTW, I am using a 500 GB WD My Passport external HDD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Do you have it in the proper USB slot on the back of the Wii? If looking at the front of the Wii it should be the slot to the left, if looking at the back it is the slot to the right.

Yes, we are plugged into the right slot of the usbs.
we have updated cIOS as well. not sure what's going on.
Also, we are running 4.3U. So, I'm sure this prolly has something to do with it, but not sure what, LOL.

have you tried other usb loaders? configurable usb loader has never given me problems.

also, update your IOS249 with cIOSX_rev20 with base 57

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .

Just downloaded and installed a different usb loader. Says we are missing 222 and 249. We found the downloads for those and it is locking up our wii mote. Gonna try using the neice's gamecube controller. *Keeping my fingers crossed*

loading different loaders and installing lots of IOS might not be a good idea as your wii can get cluttered and then screw it up even more.
I suggest you try to solve one of the problems first. I suggest you do what cee43ja1 said and update your IOS249 with cIOSX_rev20 with base 57. This should fix your problems.

if you're missing them, then you didn't softmod correctly. those are the second thing to install after HBC and bootmii.

and during install, the wiimote will disconnect. give it a few seconds then hit A.
