Okay - here is one for you.

I have burned a couple of games & tried to load them using NeoGamma R7 - I get the game splash screen & then the message "The game disc could not be read. Please refer to the Wii user manual...."

The real problem is not the discs - I took them to a buddy & he loaded them using the same NeoGamma R7 & had no problems - the games worked.

What am I missing????

Are these discs DVD+Rs? Do you and your friend have the same revision of IOS249?

I am using Sony DVD-R - burning at 4x using Nero.

Funny thing, my friend is the one who modified my wii???

I am really new to this, so I don't even know what IOS' I should have. I can tell you that when NeoGamma opens, it says IOS249 (rev14)
