I modded my wii 4.2 and have homebrew (no mod chip). I use a usb to load isos on to my console and play them with either usb loader or coverfloader. But every time i play a game off my usb drive, the screen is wide and black and white. On usb loader when i force ntsc, the screen freezes green, same for coverfloader. Can somone help me withh this problem?

I dont know the answer to your question but I have the same exact problem on a couple of games. Chicken blaster and Battalion Wars 2. they are pal games, but when I force NTSC I just get a green screen.
They will work if I dont switch the region, but the video is black and white and fuzzy.

Same problem (wii 4.2U) some games load black and white no modchip just softmode,I use usb loader and the larrylie guide , can someone help

Force NTSC with what ever loader you use.

CuChO_Mex has a different problem then the OP and I.

If I force NTSC then I get a frozen green screen. the game will play if I do not force ntsc, but it is black and white and distorted.

Maybe you should start your own thread instead of high jacking the OP thread if you have a different issue.

Anyway some games are not out of region compatible (green screen is usually the result in this case).

Either download a NTSC version of the game or try a component cable instead of a composite cable.
