Hi peeps.

I know that you will have heard this 'x' amount of times over but....yep...i'm new to modding my wii. I'm using larry's guide. I have got to the 'DOP IOS DOP' section and was just downloading IOS55 (Everything was going smooth man)and it has frozen?

I know that further down the guide and in the same section it says this 'Let it do its work (Be patient it may seem that the Wii system has froze but do not turn off or reset the system)'but it has frozen for nigh on half hour and i would really like to get this done for the kids.

Random freezes are fairly common during wii softmodding. They're generally harmless though. If it becomes clear that the console is frozen then reset it by holding down the power button and pick the process back up at whatever step failed.
