I want to make my Wii play backups and I know I need to run two programs, Neogamma and Cios Rev, but I don't know how to get them installed. I have the Homebrew Channel and I know all I have to do is put the programs on an SD card and run them with Homebrew but it isn't working right. Is there something else I need to do before I can install those two programs? (I haven't installed anything but Homebrew - I used Bannerbomb)

Also, could someone direct me to good versions of Neogamma and Cios Rev, the problem might be I didn't have the right files.

I would follow a professional guide to softmodding if I were you, if you try to install them seperately without knowing the right instructions, you could get your wii into some trouble. There are softmodding guides for 4.2 here & others on wiihacks or GBATemp.
