i softmoded my sons wii a while back and is now ver 3.3e
using twilight hack,but some of the newer games dont play
do i need to update the wii in some way,if so could you advise
please on how to do it,ave read the new softmod tut but not shore about this bit

IF YOUR WII IS 4.0 OR BELOW AND ALREADY SOFTMODED (with cIOS36_rev8 or higher and homebrew channel

the softmod files i used say ios16 and cios-249 wad

Follow the cIOS38_rev13a part of the guide first to make sure you have a high enough cIOS. After you install that then update to 4.1 then run IOS60Patched.wad and IOS Downgrader.

I also soft modded my Wii using the twilight hack with cIOS36rev7, wad manager 1.3 and firmware 3.4.
