I followed the following http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=171901. I get to Restoring the Trucha Bug, Removing Stub IOS's, Installing cIOS & Patching the System Menu IOS and they lose me. I open mmm but there is no install and patch ios36. Anyone know how i can enable it to play backups?

You must install cIOS before playing backups. I wouldn't recommend starting the softmod process again if you're already half way through. Restore your NAND then try again. Alternatively you can try to continue anyway from where you are using a guide from elsewhere e.g wiihacks.com
