Wii stopped playing most backups d2pro chip

Hi I have had my wii with the d2pro solderless chip installed for 2 years and have had no problem playing my backups. While I was away on a trip recently my family installed the netflix channel and suddenly only one of my backups works. I see my console has been updated to ver 4.3u and wondering if that happened when they installed netflix. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get my functionality back?

thats because the new update will only let you play backups in your region now. thats the the update did. so you can still play backups but only your region. Dam updates!

modchips are becoming useless now. softmod and usb loader is the way to go. all you have to do is buy the game and rip the game to the hard drive.
