I have created two partitions on a USB drive. One is 230GB (formatted WBFS) the other 2GB (formatted FAT).
Is there a USB loader out there that can use the second partition for disc images and stuff? I really dont want to have to use my SD card all the time if possible.
I used WBFS manager v3.0.1 to put the games onto the drive from ISO files.
Wait, ok so you want to be able to run all of your apps from your FAT partition, instead of your sd card? I'm assuming by disc images, you mean roms and other app data. All you should have to do, is copy your sd card contents over to the FAT partition of your usb drive, and it should work the same as reading it off of the sd card. Although for some reason, when I run my homebrew apps like that, I have to go to hb channel twice in order for the hb channel to read my usb drive, (haven't figured out why yet) but what I'm saying is if it doesn't read right away, exit hb and try again, might load up on the 2nd try.
Thank you both... I have done this and everything is working great. For some reason the covers wont download... I must not have the proper web sites listed in my config file. I have been dling the covers myself, transfering them to the external HDD and everything is working good :)
