I`ve been burning wii games for a while now and im quite experienced with it. But i have a new DVD burner that`s able to burn the iso with nero, but when i put it in my wii, it`ll spin for about 7 sec and then stop. I kno its not the DVD or Wii because i have plenty of backups burnt with the same brand of DVD but a different DVD burner and they all work fine. I`ve used everytype of loader(Backup Loder, NeoGamma, etc) and no luck.Right now this is the only burner i have and was wondering wat the problem was. Is the Burner not compatable? Is there a program i can download to fix this problem?

What brand of media are you using?

At what rate speed are you burning the ISO to the media?

Try using IMGBurn to burn the ISO.

Keep in mind the new burner might not like the media you used before. Trying a different brand may fix this issue. Verbatim/Tayio Yuden premium) are best to use.

Use better media like Verbatim or Tayio Yuden premium.

I use a free utility named ImgBur. It is free and can be found on google or at this link: http://mytopfiles.com/programs/file/Setu...2-0/377121.htm. Always burn at 4x or below; the slower the better. Remember one slow burn will give you many fast plays.

Hope you find this useful

Slower is not always better.

Burn at half the rated burn speed.

I would also not assume it is your new burner right away. Imitation are cheap media and your burner just might not like them. Try using Verbatim or Tayio Yuden and see if that helps.
