WiiHome and Priiloader 0.4

Does WiiHome still work with Priiloader 0.4?

I tried setting it up following instructions on wiibrew.org for WiiHome

My settings on priiloader match the instructions given.

My result is that I get the boot2/BootMii menu --> Select Wii Menu --> black screen with just music playing.. no image..nothing..

anyone encounter this already?
