WIIWARE HELP!

I downloaded some Wiiware games but from that point, I'm not sure what to do with them. I think that I am suppose to put them on my SD card to load to my Wii but I'm not for sure. What I am looking for is a tut or someone to point me in the right direction. My Wii is a US Wii with 4.0 software and it is soft modded with the tut from this site. Neo 7 is what I load my backup games with. But I don't have the first clue what to do from that point. Thanks for the help!

Place the Wiiware, which I presume is in WAD format, in the WAD folder in the root of your SD card. Fire up WAD Manager via the HBC and istall the WAD(s) to IOS249.
