I recently installed Win & and on my first try got this failure:
- MOVIE-ONLY mode enabled
- Audio Settings: AC3=1 DTS=1 HD=0 Kbs=640
- Resuming from previously started job.
[10:36:13] PHASE ONE, Encoding
- [10:36:13] Reencoding: VID_00000 (1 of 1)
- Encode failed. Retrying.
- Encode failed. Retrying.
- Reached retry limit. Aborting.
- FFDSHOW Revision: (3255)
- Win 7: VC-1 is not configured for FFDSHOW
- Win 7: AVC is not configured for FFDSHOW
- Win 7: MPEG-2 is not configured for FFDSHOW
[10:39:20] - Failed video encode, aborted

That sounds to me like a problem in your BD Rebuilder setup. Please review the suggested program settings in the above link and post back in that thread so that BD Rebuilder users can help you..
