Adding External SRT subtitles file to video and need help!

I have been using the website below to help me add my subtitles to my video, however when I get to step 5 there is no scroll down of my file to select, can someone please help!

Hi Kev89,

I have a dumb Question, are you sure your File has a Subtitle ... because if Any Video Converter Subtitle portion is "Grayed Out" may be there are No Subtitles.

BTW, what is the file ... AVI, MKV, ...
