Hi everytime i use the internet (internet explorer) the page displays this error message

sometimes it lets me continue and othertimes it just lock out until i close the internet and restart. any help or advice would be great. thank you

Try running IE, click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset

can also go thru control panel to internet options to do that.
