I've exhausted myself looking for a solution to this problem, so this is a last ditch effort to see if anyone else has any ideas.

I have 3 monitors and a big screen TV hooked up to my PC. I want to be able to play all my games on my TV.

Most games open in full screen and can't be moved so I can't just drag them to another monitor.

Setting the TV as the primary monitor then moving the taskbar is not a good option because then dialog boxes and other windows open on the TV, and most of the time it is off.

Cloning my primary monitor to my TV doesn't work because my primary monitor doesn't support 1920x1080 resolution, which is how I like to game.

Setting my TV as primary when I game then setting it back to secondary when I'm done is a hassle, and messes up icons, gadgets, etc. I use Ultramon to make this task slightly less annoying, but its still not ideal.

Mirroring with Ultramon also doesn't work, as the refresh rate is too low.

If anyone has a better method, or any other suggestion I would appreciate it.

Thanks
