Downloaded Win 8.1 to upgrade 8.0. Now when I try to open my internet applications get this message"Application not found" Help . T.I.a.

i presume the application not found is internet explorer, firefox or chrome?

I could find none in default, tried win8 search and would not open, at this point I am restoring to factory, so far so good. Thanks
