Hello,

Recently, I have been having some issues connecting to my wireless network at home. The network itself is fine because all the other computers in the house can connect without any problems.

Whenever I select my network, Windows attempts to connect, but eventually gives me a limitied or no connectivity message. Sometimes, Windows is able to resolve the problem on its own, but after a while, my good connection drops back down to limited or no connectivity. The last time Windows resolved the issue, it gave me the following log:

Investigate router or access point issues Not run

If you're connected to a hotspot or domain network, contact the network administrator. Otherwise: 1. Unplug or turn off the device. 2. After all the lights on the device are off, wait at least 10 seconds. 3. Turn the device back on or plug it back into the power outlet. To restart a router or access point that has a built-in battery, press and quickly release the Reset button.
Refer to Windows Help and Support for more information about wireless connectivity problems Not run

Windows cannot resolve your wireless connectivity issue.

I'm at a complete loss as to why I am having this issue - there are no blocked services or IP restrictions set on the router, and as far as I'm aware, there are no IP conflicts.

DOes anyone know how I can permanently fix this issue?

Thanks

try putting the ip address in manually and the subnet and default gateway and dns and then it should fix the problem. use a ip address that is not being used but that is within the ip range the other computers are using.

'code' quotes changed to 'quote' quotes as the page margins were 6 feet wide. Have also removed personal information from the above logfile(s) such as SSID and Mac addresses, you could have a neighbour that recognises the SSID's and you don't want to make it easier for them to spoof your MAC addresses, especially as WPA/TKIP has recently been compromised ~ http://www.engadget.com/2008/11/06/wpa-c...t-routers-free/ (example link)
