Deleted AV.exe, now problems with rundll/server32

I noticed that the XP antivirus automatically updated to 2010 (which i knew was not right and was a virus). I deleted this file.
When i ran my actual Antivirus program (webroot) it cleared out the viruses.
Now after I rebooted it, all my programs and .exe files could not execute because of rundll/server32 error.
I am having to open my programs as Run As.. >Admin w\out protection.

What should I do to fix this?
